Photo shoots are available not only around wargo stores in Kyoto, Osaka, Ishikawa, Tokyo, and Saitama, but also nationwide. ※To use the photo shoot plan, you need to register as a member with 'AMI PHOTO' and apply yourself.
※The rental process for the kimono, from registration to the completion of the dressing, takes between 45 to 60 minutes. If you are using it as a group or if the store is crowded, it may take up to 90 minutes depending on the individual. Therefore, please schedule your photography appointments with ample time.

Cancellation Policy:
- Until 6 PM two days before: No cancellation fee (0%)
- From 6 PM two days before until 6 PM the day before: 50% cancellation fee
- After 6 PM the day before: 100% cancellation fee
※Cancellation fees will apply after the photographer has been confirmed.

Kyoto Kimono Rental wargo How to use the photo shoot plan
Preliminary Application
Register as a member through the reservation form and submit your application.
※Please make your application at least two days in advance. ※If you are renting a kimono from wargo, please estimate a maximum of 90 minutes for dressing, and submit your application with a flexible schedule.
Confirming the Photographer
Within 24 hours of your preliminary application, aMi will confirm the photographer, and this confirmation will constitute a formal order.
※If we are unable to arrange a photographer, or if the arrangement is conditional, aMi will contact you. ※Please note that after the photographer is confirmed, cancellation fees will apply starting from 18:00 two days before the shoot.
Adjusting Shooting Details with the Photographer
You can log into the management screen and communicate with the photographer.
※Cancellations, date changes, and other adjustments can also be made from the management screen.
Shooting on the Day
After renting a kimono from wargo, you will meet with the photographer and have your photos taken.
Delivery of Shooting Data
The shooting data will be delivered three days after the shoot. You can download the photos from the management screen.

However, depending on the shooting location, if it is difficult to arrange a photographer, additional transportation fees may be required at your expense.
If transportation fees apply, we will contact you in advance.

The photo shoot duration includes time for preparation and setup.
Regarding the delivery files, we will send a download link to the email address you provided during registration.
Please note that changes to the shoot date must be made by 16:00 two days before the scheduled date.
If the change is made the day before or on the day of the shoot, a cancellation fee of 50% of the shoot option fee will be charged if changed the day before, and 100% will be charged if changed on the day of the shoot.
Extensions are only possible if the photographer agrees.
Please note that we generally cannot accommodate requests for time extensions made on the day of the shoot. Thank you for your understanding.
