ってニコッてしてくれるところ尊敬します♡ (Translated by Google) Despite it being a busy time, all the staff were incredibly kind! They were so friendly! They were the epitome of excellent customer service! I look forward to seeing you again next year! 🙇‍♀️ The customer service was so amazing I just had to leave a review! They offered suggestions to make me look cute and they helped me think through my choices! I really appreciate how they smiled and said "Sorry!", "Please wait!", and "Sorry to keep you waiting!" when I was waiting. ♡

Perfect experience for our trip. We booked through Klook the couple experience with 30min photographer package. The kimono place is inside a building on the third floor. Also there are signs in front of the building . Another thing if you are catching an uber they may drop you off on a side street but that’s because the entrance is like a walkway alley type of place . I’ll post pics so you can see what im talking about . There are many kimonos to choose from both male and female. You have a bad yo put your personal items and they offered free luggage storage which was a godsend. The dressing process took about 20-30mins and is very detailed. We picked out hair styles and they came out very nice. She even was able to style my daughter’s sister locs . I will say our photographer seemed like he didn’t want to take many of the pics and we didn’t get to choose poses. Many times he walked ahead and seemed rushed . Also he took us back to the establishment early but we had the kimonos until five. I would say that was my only ding of the service . But we did get our pics back the same day.

たくさんの中から選ぶのに迷ったけど、すごく可愛い着物を選べました。ヘアーも素敵にしてくれました。今年の夏の最後の素敵な思い出になりました🤍🤍 (Translated by Google) I had a hard time choosing from so many options, but I managed to pick a really cute kimono. They also did a wonderful job with my hair. It was a lovely last memory of this summer! 🤍🤍
