My friend and I rented yukatas and took a stroll to a Japanese-style café — and it was such a fun experience! Getting dressed, including having our hair done, took about an hour, but it was totally worth it. The staff spoke English, which made everything easy and stress-free, and they had a huge selection of yukatas and summer kimonos to choose from, so finding the perfect one wasn’t hard at all. The whole process felt very welcoming — the staff were patient and helpful, making sure everything looked just right before we headed out. Walking around in yukatas really added to the atmosphere and made us feel like we were truly immersed in Japanese culture. Overall, this was one of the highlights of our trip. Whether you’re a tourist or a local looking for something unique, I’d highly recommend this experience. It’s a great activity for friends, couples, or anyone who wants to make some unforgettable memories!
