Please do not attempt to clean or treat the garments, as special techniques are required for traditional clothing. If the items fall under the following beyond-normal-cleaning conditions, an additional cleaning fee will be charged separately from the rental fee.

Stubborn stains that cannot be removed by standard cleaning (e.g., oil stains, wine, blood, mud, hair dye transfer, etc.)
Damage making the item unusable (e.g., cigarette burns, shrinkage from water exposure)
Thread pulls from accessories like watches or bracelets
Abrasion on the hem from dragging the kimono
Strong scent transfer from perfumes requiring deodorization
