Q. What kind of customers do you have?
The group is mainly couples, families, and women's groups who are sightseeing in Kyoto. There are also a large number of foreign tourists, and they come from a variety of nationalities. Some of our customers don't speak English, so we use translation tools and gestures to communicate with them, but they're surprisingly easy to understand. It is especially crowded with tourists during the cherry blossom and autumn foliage seasons. During summer fireworks and festivals, yukata rental customers gather from all over Kansai. There are many students on school trips from home and abroad.

Q. Visit - Experience - Return flow
If you are coming for sightseeing, you can make a reservation early and come back in the evening after sightseeing. Since Kyoto Station is nearby, many people arrive by Shinkansen, rent a kimono, leave their luggage, and sightsee empty-handed. If you are wearing it for an evening event such as fireworks, you can return it the next day or have it delivered to your home.

Exit at the Karasuma Gate (north side) of Kyoto Station. The reception is located on the 3rd floor of Kyoto Tower, which you can see directly in front of you. Enter the main entrance and take the escalator up to the 3rd floor; it will be right in front of you.
※For customers who have made a reservation before 10 AM: Kyoto Tower can only be accessed from the West Entrance until 10 AM. Please enter from the West Entrance and take the elevator to the 3rd floor to visit wargo.
