Many local residents have continued to use our services since the days of Kimono Rental SAKRA. This area has many popular wedding venues, so most of our customers are attendees of weddings. Additionally, nearby spots such as Hie Shrine and Zojoji Temple are popular for ceremonies like the first shrine visit (Omiyamairi) and Shichi-Go-San, so families often use our services. While this area does not have many foreign tourists, there are many embassies nearby, and we frequently serve expatriates and their families. During the summer, we offer yukata rentals, and our services are frequently used for activities like river cruises, fireworks festivals, and traditional festivals. Especially during the Azabu-Juban Festival, it's the busiest day of the year.

We frequently serve customers attending weddings, omiyamairi, and shichi-go-san ceremonies. There are also many local events like graduations and entrance ceremonies, as well as tea ceremonies and various events held nearby. With Roppongi Hills, Toranomon Hills, and Azabudai Hills close by, we also have many customers using our services for events and dinner parties.

The most popular choice is the visiting kimono, which can be used for any occasion. However, because we have many wedding customers, furisode (formal kimono for unmarried women) is also popular among single women.

Since events are typically scheduled in advance, most customers make reservations. Some have their kimono fittings in the morning and return the rental in the evening, while others use it for evening events and return the kimono the next day or via home delivery.

We also have good access to shrines like Hie Shrine, which are popular for omiyamairi and shichi-go-san ceremonies.
