About Usage
■ About usage We offer the following options for group kimono rentals: ・In-store dressing at our location ・Rental delivery to your designated location ・On-site dressing service at your designated location

■ About Kimono Changes Kimono changes are not possible after booking confirmation. If you wish to make changes for personal reasons, our standard cancellation policy will apply.
■ About Damage, Stains, or Loss We will handle all cleaning after use, so you do not need to clean the items yourself.
Please do not attempt to clean or treat the garments, as special techniques are required for traditional clothing.
If the items fall under the following beyond-normal-cleaning conditions, an additional cleaning fee will be charged separately from the rental fee. Examples include:
Stubborn stains that cannot be removed by standard cleaning (e.g., oil stains, wine, blood, mud, hair dye transfer, etc.)
Damage making the item unusable (e.g., cigarette burns, shrinkage from water exposure)
Thread pulls from accessories like watches or bracelets
Abrasion on the hem from dragging the kimono
Strong scent transfer from perfumes requiring deodorization ※ Charges vary depending on the degree of damage and item condition.
※ Attempting to clean stains with commercial products may worsen the situation, potentially increasing the cleaning fee.
■ About Late Fees Same-day Return
Please return the item by the final return time listed on the store's website. If you return the item after the return time on the day, a late fee of 2,200 yen (tax included) will be charged per person. Please note that there will be additional charges after that. Next-day Return
Items must be returned by 3:00 PM the day after rental.
Same-day reservations OK (10:00-16:00)

[ご利用日]から6日以内のキャンセル :ご利用料金の100%
■ About Date Changes ※[ご利用日]より3日以前に日程変更希望のご連絡が必要になります。期限を過ぎますと変更は承れませんのでご了承下さい。
