Photo shoots are available not only around wargo stores in Kyoto, Osaka, Ishikawa, Tokyo, and Saitama, but also nationwide. You can match with the perfect photographer for Kimono sightseeing or events with friends, couples, family, or solo.

※To use the photo shoot plan, you need to register as a member with 'AMI PHOTO' and apply yourself.
※The rental process for the kimono, from registration to the completion of the dressing, takes between 45 to 90 minutes. If you are using it as a group or if the store is crowded, it may take up to 90 minutes depending on the individual. Therefore, please schedule your photography appointments with ample time.

Kawagoe Kimono Rental wargo How to use the photo shoot plan
Preliminary Application
Register as a member through the reservation form and submit your application.
※Please make your application at least two days in advance. ※If you are renting a kimono from wargo, please estimate a maximum of 90 minutes for dressing, and submit your application with a flexible schedule.
Confirming the Photographer
Within 24 hours of your preliminary application, aMi will confirm the photographer, and this confirmation will constitute a formal order.
※If we are unable to arrange a photographer, or if the arrangement is conditional, aMi will contact you. ※Please note that after the photographer is confirmed, cancellation fees will apply starting from 18:00 two days before the shoot.
Adjusting Shooting Details with the Photographer
You can log into the management screen and communicate with the photographer.
※Cancellations, date changes, and other adjustments can also be made from the management screen.
Shooting on the Day
After renting a kimono from wargo, you will meet with the photographer and have your photos taken.
Delivery of Shooting Data
The shooting data will be delivered three days after the shoot. You can download the photos from the management screen.

Kimono Rental Wargo cannot respond to inquiries regarding photography applications, photographer arrangements, or photo delivery.

Can I extend the shooting time on the day?
Please contact the photographer in advance if you wish to extend the session.
Is the photographer's transportation fee included?
However, depending on the shooting location, if it is difficult to arrange a photographer, additional transportation fees may be required at your expense.
If transportation fees apply, we will contact you in advance.
How to Send a Message to the Photographer
You can use this button to send a message to the photographer.
Additionally, if you receive a message from the photographer, you will be notified by an email with the subject "[AMI] メッセージが届いています."
Please reply to the message using the link in the email. You can also attach files to your message.
How to Make Changes or Cancellations

How long is the photo shoot?
The photo shoot duration includes time for preparation and setup.
When will the photos be delivered?
Regarding the delivery files, we will send a download link to the email address you provided during registration.
Can I change the date or location?
Please note that changes to the shoot date must be made by 16:00 two days before the scheduled date.
If the change is made the day before or on the day of the shoot, a cancellation fee of 50% of the shoot option fee will be charged if changed the day before, and 100% will be charged if changed on the day of the shoot.
Is there an additional cost for an extension?
Extensions are only possible if the photographer agrees.
Please note that we generally cannot accommodate requests for time extensions made on the day of the shoot. Thank you for your understanding.

Do I need permission to shoot at a location such as a shrine or temple?
Additionally, any fees for using the shooting location will be the customer's responsibility.
Please note that without the necessary permit, the shoot will not be possible.
Is it possible to shoot at the location of my choice?
However, please note that there may be situations where shooting at the desired location could become difficult, such as:
- If the location is far and difficult to access
- If there is no response to messages from the photographer
To ensure a smooth shooting process, we kindly ask for your prompt communication and cooperation in advance.
How many photos will be delivered?
However, if there are many participants, the number of photos may be reduced.
Are there any additional costs besides the photography fee?
If transportation fees are incurred, they will be the customer's responsibility.
We will contact you in advance if you need to cover these costs.
