※Reservations cannot be made on weekdays or within 7 days of your planned visit.

For questions about the shoot, please contact the photographer directly.
In-store dressing on the day
Please arrive at the store at your reservation time, choose your kimono, and dressing begins!
※If you arrive late, we may shorten the shoot or decline to shoot.
Shooting on the Day
Meet the photographer after dressing is complete.
We will shoot while visiting photo spots around the store.
※The shoot starts 1.5 hours after your reservation time.
Delivery of Shooting Data
We deliver the data within 7 days after the shoot.
Photos are sent by email, so you can download them.

Are kimono rental and photo session fees charged separately?
However, you can complete both reservations together here. When booking kimono rental, please select the photo option in Step 3, “Choose Options,” and continue your reservation.
Are there any additional costs besides the photo session fee?
However, admission fees and taxi transportation costs may be required depending on the shooting location, and those costs must be paid by the customer.
I would like to cancel the photo session.
Cancellation policy:
・Cancellation up to 2 days before the date of use: free of charge
・Cancellation on the day before or the day of use: 100% of the usage fee
For date changes or canceling only the photo session:
・Please cancel your reservation once and make a new booking by 2 days before the date of use.
・If it is the day before or the day of use, the normal cancellation policy of 100% of the usage fee will apply.
What happens in case of rain or bad weather?
Please check the weather forecast by 2 days before the shoot and cancel or change the date yourself if necessary.
The policy is the same as above.
Is it possible to change the date and time?
It is free until 2 days before, and the cancellation fee is 100% on the previous day and the same day.
Can I extend the photo session time?
Because we may not be able to accept requests made at the last minute due to scheduling, we recommend confirming in advance.
For details such as extension fees, please discuss them with the photographer on the day and make payment directly.
What happens to the photo session if I arrive late on the day of my appointment?
For delays of less than 60 minutes, the shooting time will be shortened (with fewer delivered shots) and 100% of the fee will be charged with no refund.
For delays of 60 minutes or more, it will be treated as a cancellation and 100% of the fee will be charged with no refund.
*For the 30-minute plan, the fee is 100% even if no shooting takes place.
Can we shoot at a location of our choice?
How many photos will I receive?
*If there are many participants, the number of delivered photos may be reduced.
Is night shooting also available?
Please be careful about the kimono rental return time.
If you cannot make it back by the same-day return time or cannot return to the store, we recommend using the “Next-Day Return” or “Delivery Return” option.
When will the photos be delivered?
If you still have not received them after the deadline, please contact the photographer by replying to the “Photographer Confirmation” email.

Is the time for dressing and hair styling included in the shooting time?
Since the shoot starts after preparation is completed (45 to 90 minutes), please reserve your kimono rental 1 hour and 30 minutes before the shooting start time.
Is there anything I need to prepare or bring?
If there are any props or accessories you would like to use during the shoot, please prepare them in advance.
When and how can I make payment, such as by card or cash?
Please note that on-site payment on the day of the shoot, such as cash payment, is not available.
