Cancellation on the day before or on [Usage Date]: 100% of the usage fee
To cancel, please do so yourself via the 'Reservation Plan Details' link in item 3 of your reservation confirmation email, at least two days before your scheduled visit. If you have any questions, please contact us via the inquiry form.

Up to two days before [Usage Date]: We recommend that you cancel your reservation yourself from the reservation completion email and rebook.
※If we make the date change, the peak day surcharge will remain.
On the day before or on [Usage Date]: The peak day surcharge will still apply after the date change. ※Please note that refunds are not possible.
