We had a great experience at Kyoto Kimono Rental. Went to several temples after and had our picture taken by several people cause they liked how we looked.
It was a bit expensive, but given the details it’s understandable! The staff were lovely and careful throughout the experience, I would definitely go back again to see how many more options they have🤍
We went without reservations and had a great experience. The staff was super kind and patient! The only negative thing was the selection of kimonos for us. We are around 174 and 179 cm tall so the selection was a bit limited, I would have loved more colors and neutral patterns in my size. That being said the staff was great and helped us find options!
