Information on Azabu Juban SAKRA Store Dressing Venues (Dressing locations for Aug 22, Aug 23)

As a large number of customers are expected to visit for this year's Azabu Juban Festival, in addition to our regular store, we will set up two additional dressing venues, making a total of three locations for dressing.

To ensure smooth service on the day, please check the following conditions and confirm which venue you should visit.

・Yukata reservation (reservation fee ¥2,200/person) is possible with an advance yukata preview. Please contact the store directly.

・Customers who booked a couple's plan will generally be at separate venues.

If you wish to choose each other's yukata, please visit the store in advance for a yukata preview and reservation (reservation fee ¥2,200/person).

・Additional venues are for dressing only, from 10:00 to 17:00.

・Returns on the day are only accepted after 18:00. Until 19:00, returns can be made at each venue, and after 19:00, only at Azabu Juban SAKRA store.

・Significant crowds are expected on the day. Please come to the store or additional venue at your reserved time.

・There is no waiting room. You cannot meet or wait inside the store. Please depart once your preparation is complete.

・If you do not have a reservation, we may refuse service depending on the time and crowd situation. We appreciate your understanding.

・Please take utmost care of your valuables.

・On Azabu Juban Festival days, yukata cannot be taken home (packed).

・Reservation time changes are not possible for August 22 (Sat) and August 23 (Sun). In case of lateness, customers who arrive at their reserved time will be prioritized, which may result in a waiting time for you.

Q. Will yukata selection be at separate venues even for couple reservations?

→ A. Yes, it will be at separate venues. If you wish to choose each other's yukata, you can visit the store in advance for a yukata preview and reservation (reservation fee ¥2,200/person). Preview reservations can be made here.

Q. For customers using courier return, should those who dressed at the additional venues (Harmonia, 8 (hachi)) also return to the Azabu SAKRA store?

→ A. Yes, please return to Azabu Juban SAKRA Store (Lani Building II).

Q. Which venue is for reception?

→ A. Reception will be held at each respective venue. Customers for the additional venues (Harmonia, 8 (hachi)) do not need to stop by Azabu Juban SAKRA Store (Lani Building II), so please proceed directly to the venue (Harmonia Building, 8 (hachi)) at your reserved time.

Q. For female customers with the bring-your-own yukata plan, where will the dressing take place?

→ A. For those with the bring-your-own yukata plan, please bring your yukata to the store in advance, and dressing will be at the additional venue (Harmonia). *If advance drop-off is not possible, we may not be able to accept your request.

Q. If dressing is at the additional venue (Harmonia Building), where will hair setting be done?

→ A. Hair setting will also be done at the additional venue (Harmonia).

【About Luggage Storage】

Customers opting for next-day return or courier return must take all their belongings with them when they leave.

Customers returning on the same day can store their belongings in our designated large bags (H43cm x W37cm x D22cm).

* Customers using kimono rental receive one bag free of charge per person.

* Please note that we cannot store trunks (carry-on cases).
