In August, numerous events such as fireworks festivals are held mainly on weekends and holidays, leading many customers to use our yukata rental services. As a result, many reservations have already been made for event days, and some stores or time slots may no longer be available.
If your preferred store or time slot is fully booked, we recommend considering the following options:
1. Reserve for an Earlier Time Slot
Reservations tend to fill up in the evening on the day of a fireworks festival. However, there may still be availability during earlier time slots. We recommend booking for an earlier time and enjoying your day in a yukata before attending the event.
2. Reserve at a Nearby Store
Kimono Rental Wargo has three stores in the Kanto region and three in the Kansai region. All stores are conveniently located near stations, offering easy access to a wide area. If your nearest store is fully booked, you may find availability at a nearby store, so please consider this option.

Note on Walk-In Customers Without a Reservation
We receive many inquiries regarding walk-in service without prior reservations. Depending on the store's congestion, we may not be able to accommodate walk-ins. Additionally, we prioritize customers with reservations, which may result in long wait times. We strongly recommend making a reservation in advance and considering nearby stores.
Regarding Return Options
Next day return (+1,100 yen): You can return the worn clothes to the store by 3:00 PM the next day.Delivery return (+2,750 yen): You can deposit the worn clothes with a delivery service or convenience store for return the next day.
